Physician Consultation For Sexual and Reproductive Health Office Visit - $150
A 30 minute visit ideal for those wanting to discuss with a knowledgeable physician who will listen.
Book for an office visit with Dr. Holt to discuss:
- Consultation for STI prevention, testing, and treatment (see additional pricing below)
- Breast concerns
- Gender affirming care follow up
- Peri + menopause follow up
- Erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, low libido, pain with sex

Book for a well visit with Dr. Holt for:
- Opportunity for STI testing (see additional pricing below)
- Pap (anal or cervical pap smear as needed is extra, see pricing below. Can be billed to insurance)
- Chest/breast exam
- Order for mammogram at outside facility as needed
- Pelvic/genital exam
- Vital signs
- Birth control counseling
- Preventative care recommendations including personalized screening recommendations
PReP PACKAGE - $150 INITIAL VISIT, $80/MONTH AFTER

Book for a PReP Package with Dr. Holt, which includes:
- Annual sexual preventative health exam included (anal or cervical pap smear as needed is extra, see additional pricing below. Pap can be billed to insurance)
- Annual breast/chest exam and order for mammogram (as needed) included (problem visits for breast/chest not included)
- PreP prescriptions (oral tablets or injections; no etra fee for PreP injections) including doxy PEP
- Unlimited visits for STI testing (see additional pricing for tests/treatments below)
PERI + MENOPAUSE CARE INITIAL VISIT - $250
A 1 hour visit ideal for those wanting treatment for perimenopause & menopause symptoms with a menopause physician who will truly listen
Book for a peri + menopause visit with Dr. Holt:
- Can be virtual (call has to be taken in Louisiana) or in person
- One appointment
- 3 month prescriptions
- Medical history review with Dr. Holt
- Creating and talking through a treatment plan with scientific explanations that help you make the best choices for yourself
- Follow up visits will be booked as the Physician Consultation Office Visit ($150 for 30 minutes)
BIRTH CONTROL CARE - $150
A 30 minute visit ideal for those wanting individualized birth control care from a physician who will listen (FREE ON TUESDAYS FROM 4-7 PM VIA FREE CLINIC)
